Parents: Ingvar Emilsson (b. October 3, 1926) oceanographer in Brazil, Cuba and Mexico now and Astrid Guðmundsdóttir (b. August 23, 1926) housewife. First wife, Jean Ingibjörg Guðmundsdóttir (b. January 18, 1948). Left. Gudmundur Ásgeirsson and Ingibjörg kh Jane, both dead. Children: Trusty Thor (1970), the Eagle Weekend (1972), Solveig Berglind (1983). Christian and Jane divorced in 1997. The second woman (26 July 2000): Gudrun Ólafsdóttir (b. 19 November. 1951). Children Gudrun Ólafur (1970), Matthias (1972) and Ásdís (1973). Stay abroad: Christian lived with his parents in childhood in Brazil from 1954 to 1964 in Sweden studied 1971 to 1975 in the United States to study in 1976 to 1980 and from 2000 in Orlando, Florida.

Studied whale ditch, sea, herring processing, construction and technical jobs for twenty years old. Various teaching with studies in Sweden. Lecturer at the University of Iceland in 1980 and 1981. Director of Computer Education Management Association of Iceland in 1980 and 1981. Specialist in the sense of balance measurements at an ear, nose and throat department at the Reykjavik 1980 to 1990.
